Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, bank accounts, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 8sivp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 8sivp customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 8sivp shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
Accurate Information: Your registered name must match the name on your Indonesian national ID (KTP) and the bank account used for withdrawals. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Account Currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be declined or converted at 8sivp's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
8sivp is required by its international gaming license to conduct identity verification of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal amounts and for access to higher deposit limits.

8sivp reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Players may request withdrawals of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8sivp shall not be liable for:
8sivp's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 8sivp's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8sivp Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal referral:
8sivp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to confirmed Terms violations, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Players whose accounts are suspended in good faith may request a review by contacting 8sivp customer support. Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time; any real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of KYC.
8sivp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or prominent notice on the website, with a minimum notice period of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8sivp holds its international gaming license.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 8sivp customer support to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved promptly at this stage.
Formal Dispute Process: If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing to 8sivp, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the governing jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their legitimate interests.
